CUSTOMIZE. Collaborate with Fat Mike's to customize your catering. We provide experienced guidance and recommendations.

APPROVE & DEPOSIT. Finalize the details and pay the deposit to hold the date.

FAT MIKE'S VENUE DIRECT. We contact your venue (if applicable) to coordinate the logistics.

FINAL COUNT. 20 Days prior to your event, we check in for the final guest count and you pay the balance due.

LAST CHECK IN. 1 week prior to your day, we check in!

DAY OF. We deliver! See you there.
