What's included in the food trailer?

A

Food Trailer pricing is all-inclusive and does not need electric or water hook-ups. We provide our own power via generator and bring everything you and your guests need: menu sign, plates or to-go containers, eating utensils, napkins, and even to go bags! We also work directly with any rented venue to ensure a smooth set-up and service.

How is the food trailer customized to my event?

A

The food trailer affords us the ability to not only serve our meats and sides but also to make our crowd-favorite dishes. Because of its self-containment, we offer you the ability to choose from our full food trailer menu to create a fun experience for your guests! You also get to establish how long the food trailer is available to serve! Whether its a streamlined menu with two options or a full food trailer experience, we design the set up to match your needs.

Where can I have the food trailer?

A

The Food Trailer can go wherever you go! We only require a flat, hard surface (grass is ok) with enough space to maneuver in and out and a location that permits us to operate. MOST parks and areas with parking lots allow food trailers and many venues that allow outside caterers work with us easily. Private homes and properties are perfectly suitable as well!

What does it cost to hire the food Trailer?

A

We work to match a wide range of budgets starting as low as $10/person. Depending on the time of year and day of the week, we require a total minimum amount. Please inquire with Fat Mike's as our pricing can vary based on current supply costs.

What's the difference between buffet style catering and Drop Off catering?

A

We offer our bbq within varying budgets! Drop off catering is a great option for those that simply need the food and nothing else and comes in disposable pans for easy clean up! Buffet catering offers additional assistance with set-up, chafing dishes, and serving utensils. Lastly, our full-service buffet style catering allows you to let us handle the details from set-up to clean-up and everything in between.

What is included in Full Service catering?

A

Your budget your choice. Because all of our services are customizable, full-service can mean "everything" to "almost everything." The basics of full service means you're ordering our food PLUS hiring for the time you need. It can include plates, eating utensils, napkins, set-up, cocktail hour/appetizers, service of food, maintaining hot and cold foods, and clean-up of buffet and guest tables.

How do I coordinate with both you and my venue?

A

You don't have to! Once we are hired to handle your special event, we take it from there! We offer a Venue Direct Service meaning we will work with the site coordinator to ensure a smooth event before, during, and after.

What does Catering cost?

A

Our catering is personal to you. Your budget, your choice, no minimums! We will talk you through every detail, reccomend quantities,  and even suggest ways to save money!
